We offer a 14-days Refund Policy.

We guarantee technical support services provided to you by BPM (Bulldog Property Management) (www.bulldogpropertymanagement.com) for 14 Days. However, for repairs necessitated by virus or spyware, our services guarantee is only valid if the anti-virus, anti-spyware protection or technical services for your computer is installed or updated during the repair or before you connect to the internet. We are NOT responsible for any type of damage to your computer before or after our technicians have resolved your problem, or if you allow a technician other than BPM (Bulldog Property Management) access to your IT devices, we are not responsible or we should be held liable. Our Money-Back Guarantee policy ensures your satisfaction. If BPM (Bulldog Property Management).com could not perform in accordance to the service specifications and you’re not completely satisfied with the service you’ve purchased, you can get a full refund within 7 business days of the final notification that services can’t be met. In order to qualify for a refund, you must contact BPM (Bulldog Property Management) at 609-908-2543 or [email protected] and allow our technicians the opportunity to solve any issues that have arisen within 14 days of the start of service. If the situation is not resolved to the satisfaction a refund will be issued.

BPM (Bulldog Property Management) will subtract $79.99 of the refunded amount for charges associated with the service agreement if a license has been installed and/or more than 3 hours were spent by our technicians working on the IT device (PC, laptop, tablet, or smartphone).
